On the runway there was no roof, and when it snowed, we had to shovel the snow completely by hand and then sprinkle the ice to get it back smoothly. Now in the breaks during matches there is a special machine to clean the ice. Once there were no cars and we had to do it by hand: the players of both teams along with the spectators cleaned all the ice with blades wide and flat wood and then with a broom.
