Mentre milioni di uomini, donne e bambini continuano a morire; nel mondo c' è qualcuno che pensa a farne morire di più. Le grandi potenze mondiali continuano a spendere miliardi di dollari in ricerca e armamenti militari, sempre per il solito giochino per vedere chi è più forte, come i bambini. Tutto questo mentre in TV si alternano commoventi appelli alla solidarietà rivolti ai cittadini.
